LSN holds an Annual Conference on 26-27 November every year. The conference is currently a two-day conference. It has become a platform for Nepali scholars as well as a contact place among the scholars from abroad.
LSN also hosts other international events as well Himalayan Language Symposium is one of the events which have been held in Nepal jointly with LSN annual conference.
